Refund / Cancellation Policy

We understand plans can change. Here's how cancellations and refunds work.

Flights

Refunds and changes depend on the fare rules set by the airline. Many low-cost fares are non-refundable, while some allow changes for a fee. Under U.S. rules, many bookings may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund when booked at least 7 days before departure.

Hotels

Hotel cancellations follow the property's policy. Refundable rates can usually be cancelled free of charge before the stated deadline.

Service fees

Any TripVanta service fees will be disclosed before booking and may be non-refundable.

To cancel or request a refund, call (855) 926-2831. Approved refunds are typically processed to the original payment method within 7–21 business days, depending on the supplier.
